I’m all about taking a proactive approach to anti-aging, so when I received the opportunity to try the Conture Skin Toning System, I was intrigued. I’ve been fully on board with anti-aging creams, oils and serums for years, but haven’t jumped on the “injectable” train yet and I was excited to try something new and non-invasive in the comfort of my own home.
WHAT IS IT?
The Conture Anti-Aging Skin Toning System is a targeted skin toning device for your face and neck. It basically works like a mini vacuum – as you glide the device across one of several targeted areas, it pulses with a gentle suction, then releases to stimulate blood flow for a more youthful looking appearance. The Conture device comes packaged with two treatment heads – one for larger areas, such as the cheeks and neck and another focus treatment head for smaller areas of the face. You also have the option of three modes – Face, Neck & Mild (for the delicate under-eye area).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Before using the device, you apply a pea-size amount of Conture’s Kinetic Serum to the area to be treated, then begin to slide the device in an upward motion across your face or neck in between pulses. The entire process of treating any given area only takes a few minutes – a small investment in time, twice a day. I was concerned that the device would be painful, but it feels like a gentle massage. It’s actually quite satisfying! I’ve only been using the Conture for a few days, but I’m feeling enthusiastically optimistic.
WHAT ELSE?
The Conture Skin Toning Device is just the start. Conture offers a full range of anti-aging products designed to work in conjunction with the device. The Kinetic AM Ignition Lotion, Kinetic PM Recovery Cream & Kinetic Firm Neck Creme are the perfect post-treatment moisturizers after your Conture treatment session. The Kinetic Remedy Treatment Eye Serum applies with a rollerball tip that feels so cool and refreshing! I’m obsessed with the packaging for the Kinetic Hydramask Treatment. With it’s brush applicator, it’s quite possibly the easiest mask application I’ve ever used. The Kinetic Reveal Exfoliating Scrub is a great way to prep your skin for the Conture Toning device for a more radiant complexion.
THE RESULTS?
I’m loving the way my skin looks after just a few days of using the Conture Skin Toning System & coordinating Conture skincare. Although I already feel like my skin looks brighter after only a weekend of Conture treatments, the brand recommends using the device for a full eight weeks to see optimal results. So far, the Conture feels like a good investment without a major commitment, but I’ll be tracking my results and sharing a full review with you in a couple of months.
